Saturday Night 1st November, 2008 we had a dinner gathering of close friends in the new Ruby Tuesday Restaurant of the World Trade Center (WTC) in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Of course our favorite chef Jacky was there to serve up the goodies. Below are some photos:-
